Slzzzp User Agreement & Privacy Policy

PLEASE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY (THE “AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SLZZZP APPLICATION AND RELATED HARDWARE (THE “SERVICE”).

Slzzzp provides a non-wearable sleep monitoring system. The Service includes a pillowcase sensor (Slzzzpcase) that passively tracks physiological data, a bedside AI pod (SlzzzpPod) that captures audio and processes data, and a mobile application that displays AI-generated reports, insights, and reminders. The Service is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only and is not a medical device.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Slzzzp immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

a. Data Collection: The Service collects a variety of data to provide its functionality, including:
* Physiological Data: Heart rate, respiratory rate, body motion, and sleep/wake rhythms collected passively by the Slzzzpcase.
* Audio Data: The SlzzzpPod captures ambient audio, specifically snoring sounds, to analyze sleep quality and potential apnea risk. It does not record or store conversational speech.
* User-Provided Data: Information you provide, such as medication schedules for reminders.
* Usage Data: Data about your interaction with the app and hardware.

b. AI Analysis and Reports: The physiological and audio data is processed by our AI algorithms to generate personalized morning reports, sleep summaries, and actionable tips. These insights are based on statistical models and are for informational purposes only. They are not a medical diagnosis.

c. Family Sharing: You may choose to securely share your sleep reports and trends with other individuals (e.g., family members). You are solely responsible for whom you grant access to your data. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time within the app.

d. Medication Reminders: This feature is provided as a convenience to help you manage your health routine. Slzzzp is not responsible for ensuring you take your medication or for any consequences resulting from missed doses.

* Core Features: Basic monitoring and reporting are available without a subscription.
* Premium Subscription: A paid subscription ("Premium") may be required to access deeper insights, long-term trend analytics, and advanced features. The subscription fee, billing cycle, and specific terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase.
* Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your designated payment method. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is integrated into this Agreement, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. * Data Use: We use your data to: (i) provide and improve the Service; (ii) generate your AI sleep reports; (iii) send you alerts and reminders; and (iv) for aggregated, anonymized research.
* Data Control: You retain ownership of your personal data. We employ tiered encryption (both locally on the device and in the cloud) to protect it. You can view, manage, and delete your data within the app.
* Audio Data Processing: Audio data from the SlzzzpPod is processed locally on the device to detect snoring and is immediately anonymized and aggregated. Raw audio files are not stored or transmitted to our servers.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, AI models, and software, is the property of Slzzzp or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

THE SLZZZP SERVICE IS A GENERAL WELLNESS PRODUCT. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR HEALTH CONDITION, INCLUDING SLEEP APNEA. THE AI-GENERATED REPORTS AND INSIGHTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND SELF-EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER QUALIFIED HEALTH PROVIDER WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING A MEDICAL CONDITION. NEVER DISREGARD PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE OR DELAY IN SEEKING IT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ OR INTERPRETED FROM THE SLZZZP SERVICE.

SLZZZP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLZZZP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slzzzp and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Agreement within the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
